We live in a community in which 1 in 5 women live below the federal poverty line. These people, including other menstruating individuals, are unable to afford necessary menstrual products, preferring to spend on necessities, yet this issue goes unseen. The Dot Project aims to erase the stigma surrounding menstruation, educate, and make and distribute period products.
